One of your first lines of help with technology is your building tech mentor(s). However please remember that tech mentors are teachers first. Do not pull them out of classrooms while teaching and be respectful of their prep time. A quick to your buildings helpdesk e-mail address is best, your tech mentors can inform you of other communication methods that work for them.
Visiting the Knowledge base to see if your issue has already been addressed is at
http://helpdesk.bpschools.net/helpdesk/KBIf you need immediate assistance from a tech mentor to pull them from teaching class or their prep time, you MUST get their building administrator approval first. This applies both to building staff and visiting staff from other buildings and departments. Typically, tech mentors will try to address your issue before or after school.
