Ok, Is your MacBook updated to the latest version?Go to settings>General>software update.
If not can you try an update, Might need to plan for later in the day. Any updates might take more than an hour.
After that make sure you are signed into your apple account.
Then go to settings>privacy & Security>Location services> Look for the Manager line and insure the button is pushed
Go to the Mosyle manager

Click on it and sign into your account.
In the Top left corner go to the drop down and click Self service

Make sure you’re on My Apps
Scroll down and find

And click Install. Wait for it to completely install
Then find this one

And click Install
Wait for everything to install
After you install these apps, you might receive a pop-up message

Click Open Anyway.
